Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website or any Elevate service, we want to hear about it. Please email service@elevatetechnologysolutions.com.au with enough detail for us to reproduce and investigate the issue. We ask that you:
- Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before any public disclosure.
- Avoid accessing, modifying or deleting data that is not your own.
- Avoid any action that could degrade, disrupt or damage our services or other users.
We will acknowledge legitimate reports, keep you updated on our progress, and credit responsible disclosure where you would like us to.
Incident response
We maintain documented processes to detect, contain and recover from security incidents, and to meet our notification obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme where they apply. If an incident were to affect your data, we would contact you promptly with the relevant facts and the steps we are taking.
