Yes. We service every Kyocera in the region regardless of who sold it, and we'll respond to one-off IT issues at our standard hourly rate.
What does a printer quote / diagnostic cost?
Bring your equipment in and our standard diagnostic and quote fee is $60 ex GST, with a 3 business-day turnaround. If you proceed with the repair, that $60 is credited against the service job. Need it faster? A 24-hour urgent diagnostic and quote is $110 ex GST.
What's a typical on-site call-out fee?
Standard call-out is $260 ex GST with a 3–4 business-day turnaround, plus repair time if parts are required. Urgent call-out (24-hour turnaround) is $365 ex GST, plus repair time. Managed print customers pay no additional standard call-out fee, and receive a 20% reduction on the difference if they need the urgent option.
Do you fix remotely or on-site?
Both. We try remote first — about 60% of tickets close that way. If hands are needed, we dispatch from our Fyansford warehouse with parts on the truck.
What about loan equipment?
If your MFP is down for more than a day, we'll provide a loan device while we fix yours. Included for managed customers; available on request otherwise.
