Do you work outside Geelong?
Yes — our service area runs from Lara through to Winchelsea and across the Bellarine and Surf Coast. We can also support remote sites further afield if you have a Geelong head office.
I'm not a customer yet. Can I still call the service desk?
Of course. We service every Kyocera MFP in the region regardless of who sold it. Call the sales number above and we'll get you sorted.
How fast do you respond?
Phone is answered within three rings during business hours. Email and form submissions come back within one business day, usually faster. Managed-service customers have an SLA with response times by severity.
What does a consultation cost?
Nothing. We come to site for 30 minutes, look at what you have, ask about what you want, and give you a written summary. No pitch, no obligation, no follow-up unless you ask for one.
Can you help with just one printer / just one user?
Yes. We have customers with a single A4 device under contract, and customers with a hundred. There's no minimum — though obviously the per-device pricing is more attractive at scale.
Do you offer training?
Always included with deployments. We run on-site training for new MFPs and PaperCut rollouts, plus periodic refresher sessions for any team that wants them. Just ask.
