Onboarding

From signed quote to fully managed.

A typical Diamond onboarding takes 4–6 weeks. Here's the rhythm we follow.

  1. Week 1 — Audit & baseline
    Site walk, asset inventory, network map, M365 tenant review. We document everything we touch. No assumptions.
  2. Week 2 — Core platform deployment
    RMM agents installed. MFA enforced. Backup configured. The boring critical foundations that get skipped if you do it later.
  3. Week 3 — Network & security hardening
    Firewall, VLANs, conditional access, endpoint protection. Where Diamond and above earn their fee.
  4. Week 4 — Documentation & training
    Runbook handover, incident response process, staff briefing on how to log a ticket. You leave with a binder you can actually use.
  5. Week 5+ — Steady state
    Monthly review with your account manager. Quarterly Security Rating report. Annual strategic planning session. We stay close.
