Our story begins in 1981, with a small Geelong workshop that opened just as Mita — later to become Kyocera — was launching in Australia. Two engineers, one delivery van, and a phone that always got answered. That workshop became Australia's very first Mita partner and, four decades later, the longest-running Kyocera partner in the country.
In early 2026, Elevate Technology Solutions acquired the business and moved operations to a new purpose-built premises in Fyansford. The team is the same. The customers are the same. The 45 years of history are part of what we do every day.
Today, we look after the print, IT, cloud, and cyber security for hundreds of Geelong, Bellarine, and Surf Coast businesses. From two-person studios to council-sized fleets. From simple break/fix to fully managed agreements with 24/7 monitoring.
What's stayed the same is the principle: we answer the phone, we turn up, and we fix the thing. Every engineer knows every client. Every client has the mobile number of someone they can actually call after hours.
The name on the door changed in 2026 — not because the business was changing, but because we'd already outgrown the old one. The new identity reflects what we actually do now: lift Geelong business with smart, locally-supported technology.
